The Fall 2012 Insurance waiver deadline has now passed.

If you feel you have a valid reason to have the $1,676 charge removed from your Fall 2012 tuition bill, you can submit a petition by visiting Health Services and providing proof of comparable coverage by Friday, October 19, 2012.
