Our Mission:

Stress Reduction for a Healthier Life offered weekly through Health Services / Health Education responds to the health and wellness needs of our URI students and community. A major emphasis is to tap into one's inner resources. Our interdisciplinary team is dedicated to providing essential, consistent education and valuable techniques for stress reduction while enriching their well being in a safe, supportive environment.
