URI Health Services will be closed for clinical service beginning on Tuesday, May 14, 2013 through Saturday, August 30th, 2013.

Limited clinical service will begin on Sunday, August 31, 2013. Our administrative office will be open weekdays from 8am to 3:30pm, except on Memorial Day (May 27th), Independence Day (July 4th) and Victory Day (August 12th).

Weekends &
Holidays:		 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
Physician Services: 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm
Pharmacy: 12:30 pm to 4:00 pm
Nursing, Medical Records: 10:00 am to 4:00 pm
